QReturn & Refund Policy

AAll generator sales are final. Consider a generator purchase as if it was a motor vehicle. The moment it leaves our facilities it depreciates in value as it does with any use. If we are compelled to accept a return, it will be subject to a 30% stocking fee. It must be in original condition. The shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
